PURPOSE: To provide a processing device capable of uniformly processing photosensitive material by uniformly applying processing solution to the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with means 32 and 34 forming a recessed part 62 for bearing and supporting a web, and a means for supplying processing fluid to the web. A device for processing the web with the processing fluid and a means for supplying the processing fluid to the web are equipped with a fluid distribution system having a series of passages 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 and 58 successively distributing the processing fluid, supplying it to plural positions crossing the recessed part 62 at the recessed part 62 and uniformly processing the web with the processing fluid.
