<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a heater having a resistance of <=1OMEGA/sq. by at least baking the heater at a low temperature of <=1,000 deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A composition for heat-generating body is prepared by mixing 0.1-12wt.% metal powder in a mixture of 60-75wt.% conductive material powder composed of nickel silicide and molybdenum silicide and 40-25wt.% glass grit so that the weight of the nickel silicide can become 1-22% of the total weight of the total weight of the conductive material and glass frit.</p> |
