PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device enabling the continuous oiling treatment of the waste plastics in high pressure reactors. SOLUTION: This device for oiling the waste plastics, wherein the waste plastics are thermally cracked in high pressure reactors 21, 22 under high pressures to produce the oil. Therein, the raw material-feeding ports of the high pressure reactors are connected to a melted waste plastic-feeding means for feeding the preliminarily melted waste plastics in a higher pressure than the inner pressures of the high pressure reactors 21, 22 through a check valve 12.
