<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid worsening of drivability and generation of a problem related to durability of a foot brake, by providing a drive force control means which controls speed change of an automatic transmission so as to attain a target engine operating condition and also controls a throttle opening separated from operation of an accelerator pedal. SOLUTION: In an engine controller 17, a command of target throttle opening TVOo is supplied to a throttle actuator 16, and an opening TVO of a throttle valve 10, separated from an accelerator step-in angle ACC, is set to the target throttle opening TVOo . In a transmission controller 43, target speed change ratio is supplied to a speed change actuator 40, and a toroidal continuously variable transmission 2 is separated from ordinary speed change control, to be speed-changed to the target speed change ratio. In a speed change to the target speed change ratio, an operating condition of an engine 1 is changed so that an engine speed Ne comes to be an engine speed capable of generating an engine brake required in a radius of curvature of a curved road.</p> |
