PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nystagmus diagram measurement instrument capable of simultaneously measuring an original waveform and a speed waveform of same induction, simplifying the calibration operation, and widely improving operability. SOLUTION: Induction potential selected by an induction selecting part 2 is supplied to an original waveform system consisting of a data magnification rate adjusting part 53 from an amplifying part 31 and to a speed waveform system consisting of a data magnification rate adjusting part 54 from an amplifying part 32. After completion of manual calibration by an operating part 8, a control part 7 calculates the amplifying rate A and controls the amplifying rate of the speed waveform system so as to be an amplifying rate A/αcalculated by dividing the amplifying rate A of the original waveform system by the unit quantity change rateαof a differential circuit preliminarily stored in an analog filter part 34.
