PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agrochemical emulsion excellent in emulsion stability on dilution with water and having low irritation by compounding pyriproxyfen or a pyrethroid compound with a surfactant and a specific solvent at specific ratios. SOLUTION: This emulsion is composed of (a) 1-60wt.% agrochemical active component compound of one or more kinds selected from pyriproxyfen and pyrethroid compound, (b) 2-15wt.% surfactant and (c) 15-90wt.% aromatic ester solvent of one or more kinds expressed by formula I and II (R is a 1-6C non- aromatic group; Ar is an aromatic group; X is a single bond or a 1-6C alkylene). As a component of (a), a compound of formula III (R<1> is formula IV, etc.; R<2> is H or cyano; R<3> is H or F) is especially preferably. Examples of the aromatic ester solvent include benzyl acetate, phenyl acetate, p-tolyl acetate and methyl benzoate.
