PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a front panel for display excellent in white balance with high transmissivity by constantly lowering the transmissivity of the emission wave length of red and green as compared with the transmissivity of emission wave length of blue, which are emitted from a plasma display, and making the difference of transmissivity constant. SOLUTION: The tranmdssivity of 530-650 nm wavelength range (I) is controlled to 60-80%, the transmissivity of 430-480 nm wavelength range (II) is controlled to 73-93% and a resin formed sheet constantly having a lower transmissivity of the wavelength range (I) than that of the wavelength range (I) is used. Concretely, an acrylic resin, styrene resin, a polycarbonate resin, a styrene-acrylic copolymer resin or the like is used. Particularly the acrylic resin having high light transmissivity is preferably used. The difference of the max. transmissivity of the wavelength range (I) to that of the wavelength range (II) is preferably 3-13%. And the difference between max. and min. transmissivity of the wavelength range (I) is preferably <=6%. |
