摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and closely adhere wheels or crawlers to the bottom surface of an offshore structure by providing a floating body for pressing the wheels or the crawlers on the bottom surface of the offshore structure. SOLUTION: Wheels 3 are provided on the lower part of a vehicle main body 2 of a moving vehicle 1 and a floating body 4 is provided on the vehicle main body 2 on the surface opposite to the surface on which the wheels 3 are provided. By connecting this floating body 4 to a cylinder which is mounted on the vehicle main body 2 and is filled with compressed air and making this cylinder an opening state, air is filled within the floating body 4. Buoyancy is generated in the moving vehicle 1 due to this filling of air, the wheels 3 are pressed on the upper internal surface and the moving vehicle 1 is made a freely travelable state in a state that driving loss from a frame body to the lower surface of an offshore structure P is reduced. Thus, the wheels 3 or the crawlers can be surely pressed on the bottom surface of the offshore structure P and can be stably traveled.
