摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the value of a future sequence by a communication network by inputting information regarding the sequence and times to a neural network and obtaining an output having the future predicted sequence from the neural network output. SOLUTION: An input unit 32 uses input data consisting of part values X(t-1) and X(t-2). Here, X represents a sequential value and (t) represents, for example, the current time. Those sequential values are sampled substantially at determined intervals. Input units 33 and 34 are used to input information regarding the current day of the week and the current time to the neural network. The neural network is trained by using a group of truing data. A connection 37 between units is a weighted connection. After the neural network is trained, the input data are provided for the input units 32 to 34 to generate an output X(t+1) as a predicted sequential value at time (t+1) at an output unit 36.
