PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which allows the lower frame that forms the main body and the rear side of an auxiliary drain pan to be heat insulated precisely without putting a heat insulating material on them. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner which is constructed to insulate heat between at least the lower frame 7 and the storing part that is formed in the rear side of the same lower frame by a heat insulating part, recessed parts with the roughly uniform depth is formed in the rear sides of the lower frame and an auxiliary drain pan 11b. On the other hand, a shielding body 10 which screens the same recessed parts is provided, and the air conditioner is constructed so as to form the heat insulating part by a gap (a) that is formed between these recessed parts and the shielding body. |
