PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work of a bath tub and jointing around the bath tub and to keep appearance of joints and the space beneath the bath tub sanitary. SOLUTION: This bath room unit is provided with a flange panel 3 provided on a flange part of a water-proof pan and that a lower end of a wall panel 4 is connected to the flange part 3A at the upper end. The flange panel 3 has, in the neighborhood of the upper end, a horizontal sealing face 3B joined to a folded end face 1B of the upper edge of a bath tub 1, a vertical sealing face 3C continuing to it and joined to a folded back face 1C of the bath tub 1, and a stepped part 3E continuing to the flange part 3A through a wall part 3D. A drainage ditch 6 is constituted by the wall part 3D and the stepped part 3E of the flange panel 3 and a folded outer face 1D of the bath tub 1 at the position lower than the flange part 3A. |
