The machine consists of a static sphere (S), which forms a closed volume. It is divided internally into two parts by a partition (C), hinged on axis YY'. Each part also has a partition (P), hinged on axis ZZ', on the first partition, perpendicularly to axis YY'. A motor (V) drives the internal sphere around axis MM', at 45 degrees to the to axis YY'.
