PURPOSE: A resin composition for an air permeable film comprising a polyolefin resin, inorganic fillers and organic titanium substitutes is provided which has excellent appearance, formability and a smooth feel by raising dispersibility. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for an air permeable film comprises 100 wt. parts of polyolefin resin having a melt index of 0.3-15.0, 30-200 wt. parts of inorganic fillers and 0.05-5.0 wt. parts of inorganic titanium having an alkoxy group of from 1 to 6. The inorganic fillers are one or more compounds selected from carbonate, sulfate, phosphate, metallic powder, mica, glass powder, zeolite, alumina, titanium oxide and talc. The composition has excellent appearance, formability and a smooth feel by raising dispersibility.
