PURPOSE: A method of making charcoal korean paper and stone bed with charcoal korean paper are provided. Charcoal korean paper prevents moisture from permeating into the native rock, which check eroding of copperplate, removes a bad smell, and emits infrared rays with cutting off electronic wave. CONSTITUTION: A stone bed is composed of an upper plate of native rock(1), a copperplate(3), a high intensify aluminum plate(5), a heating plate(7), an aluminum foil(9), an insulating plate(11), desiccating paper(13), a wood frame(15) and leather finishing materials(17), which are accumulated layer upon layer. The stone bed includes charcoal korean paper inserted between the upper plate of native rock and copperplate below. The charcoal korean paper covering the entire copperplate is made by adding charcoal powder to the korean paper.
