PURPOSE: A system is provided to collect data by remote control instructions, by using PCN(Public Communication Network)s such as a cellular phone, an internet network, or a private communication network. CONSTITUTION: A remote control data collection system using a PCN(Public Communication Network ) connects a cellular phone(10) and a cellular phone(50) to the PCN, connects the cellular phone(10) and the cellular phone(50) with a PC(30) and a PC(70) on which video boards(20)(60) are built, respectively, connects and composes a remote control indication monitoring system(40) and an instrument or a camera controller(80), to each audio of the video boards(20)(60) and video terminal transmitting/receiving terminals(20)(20)(60)(60), and converts/transmits/processes images and instrumentation data into a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) signal. The cellular phone(10) and the cellular phone(50) are connected to the remote control indication monitoring system(40), the instrument, and the camera controller(80). A transceiver(200) is connected to the remote control indication monitoring system(40), the instrument, and the camera controller(80). A coder and a decoder are set up in the remote control monitoring system(40), the instrument, and the camera controller(80).
