PURPOSE: A hands free apparatus for a portable and mobile telephone is provided to prevent appearance of mike from being revealed and easily use an earphone code without any expansion. CONSTITUTION: A hands free apparatus for a portable and mobile telephone includes an earphone, a code winding tool. The earphone is formed as a body with a tact switch which has transmitting and receiving and redial functions. A mike is included in the earphone transforming a voice signal into an electrical signal. The code winding tool is consisted of a case body in which a code connected to a plug is fixed and a cover being attached and detached. The code winding tool is installed on a central axis so as to rotate using a spring, and a winding reel to roll the earphone code, stumping protrude which is formed along one side of the winding reel when the earphone code is drawn out, a stopper, a rotation substrate and a fixing substrate are each other contacted using a middle plate.
