摘要 This invention relates to a nondestructive flaw detection method, especially an ultrasonic flaw detection method for railroad rails, as well as the transducer wheel and flaw detection system for implementing the method. According to the method, a solid coupling medium couples ultrasonic sound waves. The transducer wheel according to the invention includes tires made of ultrasonic sound waves permeable materials, a probe combining ultrasonic transducer/ultrasonic receiver, a sliding plate and the means for reducing friction between the sliding plate and the bottom of the tire of the transducer wheel while flaw detecting. The sliding plate is fixed on the fixed axle of the transducer wheel. The probe combining ultrasonic transducer/ultrasonic receiver is mounted on the sliding plate. While flaw detecting, the sliding plate compels the bottom of the tire of the transducer wheel to flat press on the surface of rails to be detected.
