PURPOSE:To provide an illuminating device which can be used even in a small studio without any problem and whose dimming property is excellent. CONSTITUTION:The illuminating device 1 is provided with a housing 5 whose front side 2 is opened and which is provided with a reflector 4 on the rear face 3, plural fluorescent lamps 6 arranged between the front face 2 and the rear face 3 of the housing 5 and supported by the housing 5, a take-up drum 8 fitted to the upper edge 7 of the front side 2 of the housing 5, a diffusion filter 9 which is taken up by the drum 8 and which covers the front face 2 of the housing 5 when it is extended. |
