PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shed upper building unit capable of effectively contriving utilization of portion on lean-to with good convenience in the case where a large space can be secured, a degree of freedom of planning is large and it is used as a housing part. SOLUTION: A shed upper building unit is assembled to be matched on the lower story building unit 10 of a unit building, the height is substantially lower than an upper story building unit 13, inner-spatially connected to the lower story building unit 10 of a lower story or the upper story building unit 13, and the high ceiling of the lower story building unit 10 is formed or the housing part of the upper story building unit 13 is formed. Preferably this shed upper building unit is adjacent to a shed upper balcony 14, and formed at the same external appearance height as the shed upper balcony 14.
