PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe coupling having excellent stability and durability without impairing a coupling function against vibration of an earthquake. SOLUTION: This pipe coupling is composed of a cylindrical flanged coupling member 1 and a cylindrical inside coupling member 2 being inserted inside a rear end part of this flanged coupling member 1 and fitting a sewer pipe 7 inside. Then, a flange 3 extending along a side wall of a manhole 5 and a tubular wall 4 fitted/installed in a hole bored in the manhole 5 are integrally formed in a tip part of the flanged coupling member 1, an inside seal ring 8 is installed on an inserting side end part outer peripheral surface of the inside coupling member 2, an outside seal ring 6 is installed on a rear end part inner peripheral surface of the flanged coupling member 1, and opposed surfaces of both members are doubly, watertightly and integrally formed.
