SOLUTION: This cutting device 39 for leaves and stems of a root vegetable crop harvester is composed of a disk blade 47 performing a shaking motion in the root vegetable crop harvester equipped with a nipping conveyor for nipping the leaves and stems of each root vegetable crop planted in a row in a field, uprooting the root vegetable part from the interior of the ground and conveying the uprooted root vegetable part to the rear with a pair of endless revolving units oppositely arranged in a rear rising tilted state and driven and the cutting device 39 for the leaves and stems arranged under the nipping conveyor and capable of cutting the leaves and stems conveyed with the nipping conveyor.
