PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light suspension arm to eliminate the need for a press fitting process and facilitate manufacture. SOLUTION: A bracket 1 and an arm 2 are respectively manufacture through extrusion molding of an aluminum alloy. By inserting an inner cylinder 4 in the bracket 1, a rubbery elastic body 5 is vulcanized and adhered in a space between the inner cylinder 4 and the bracket 1 and by applying drawing processing on the bracket 1, radial reduction in diameter is executed. By effecting welding with the arm 2 making contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bracket 1, the bracket 1 and the arm 2 are integrally coupled with each other.
