PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device capable of certainly and easily generating power without being influenced by nature and which can be set in a site of a plant, etc. SOLUTION: A conveyor 2, an elevator 3 for repairing in parallel with the conveyor 2 and an air discharge body 4e of an air discharge part 4 are furnished inside a water tank 1, a driving part 5 and the air discharge part 4 except for the air discharge body 4e are furnished outside the water tank 1, the air discharge part 4 drives the conveyor by giving buoyancy to the conveyor 2 by filling air into a basket 2b of the conveyor 2 by the air discharge body 4b by sucking air into the cylinder 4b as a crankshaft 4a rotates, and its driving force is supplied to a generator.
