METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CD BY BONDING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a CD(Compact Disk) by bonding is provided to solve foaming problem influencing bonding without change of an additional bonding agent and to obtain the optimal bonding conditions by adjusting viscosity of a substrate bonding agent for spin-coating and screen-printing through a thermostat. CONSTITUTION: A robot arm(14) puts a first substrate(1) on a spin-coating unit(10). A dispenser(3) approaches the first substrate to obtain a bonding agent from a storage container(3a). A thermostat(16) is mounted on the dispenser or an inlet pipe(18a) wherein the bonding agent flows to the dispenser from the storage container. The bonding agent is adjusted in viscosity by temperature change through the thermostat. Then, the bonding agent having the changed viscosity is coated over the first substrate. A second substrate(2) is loaded on the first substrate and processed by spin-coating. The robot arm loads the substrates on a first tray(11) and a UV(ultraviolet) lamp(12) hardens resin with ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the substrates are bonded and kept in a storage unit(13) through a second tray(11a).
