PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a heat sensitive recording material, with which a small ground fogging develops, which has a high sensitivity and which is excellent in the storage stability of a colored image. SOLUTION: In the heat sensitive recording material, which is formed by providing a heat sensitive color forming layer mainly including a normally colorless or light-colored color forming compound, a color developing compound, which forms color under heat in the color forming compound, and a sensitizer, a bis(3-allyl-4-hyroxyphenyl)sulfon is included as the color developing compound, 1,2-bis(phenoxymethyl)benzene is included as the sensitizer and further a compound represented by formula (1) is included as the color forming compound. |
