<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete material which enables the formation of a precision pattern on the surface of concrete, can be mixed with large quantities of wood carbide, diatomaceous earth and ash produced by incinerating sewage sludge without impairing strength, enhances water and air cleaning power and vegetativeness peculiar to these ingredients, can manufacture concrete having high humidity adjusting property and high water absorbing power and enables the reutilization of ash produced by incinerating sewage sludge as industrial waste. SOLUTION: Water is added to a mixture of 100 pts.wt. alumina cement with 43.89 pts.wt. silica fume, 1.37 pts.wt. powdery silicon carbide, 53 pts.wt. diatomaceous earth and 105 pts.wt. silica sand and they are kneaded to produce a concrete block having humidity adjusting property and water absorbing power.</p> |
