PURPOSE:To provide a positive electrode excellent in electron conductivity, ion mobility and the like and improve load characteristic by adding, as conductive agent, amorphous carbon powder having low bulk density to a positive electrode mix together with graphite powder having high conductivity. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode mix obtained by mixing a lithium transition metal composite oxide powder forming a positive electrode active material with carbon powder forming a conductive agent and a binder is applied to a positive electrode current collector to constitute a positive electrode 3. The carbon powder forming the conductive agent consists of a mixed powder of graphite powder and amorphous carbon powder.
