SOLUTION: A contents distributing server 102 relates plural core video contents in a core video contents storage part 121 and plural advertisement video contents in an advertisement video contents storage part 122 by a relating engine 123 and transmits these respective related video contents to a user terminal 105 corresponding to the request of the user and on the other hand, log display data reflected with the request state of the user are prepared. Then, these log display data are turned into state capable of being extracted by a contents provider 103 and an advertisement provider 104.
