PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components and to reduce the mass and the moment of inertia of a movable part by forming recessed parts in a mirror and engaging support members for a fixed part with the recessed parts of the mirror. CONSTITUTION:Comic or V-sectioned grooves 12 and 12 are formed in two flanks of the mirror 11 opposite each other, and two shafts 13 and 13 are provided projecting from the fixed part and engaged with the opposite grooves 12 and 12 respectively to support the mirror 11 rotatably. When a current (i) is supplied to actuator coils 15 and 15, the mirror 11 rotates or swings around the centers L of rotation of the shafts 13 and 13 as shown by an arrow with magnetic flux produced by the actuator coils 15 and 15. Consequently, light which is reflected by the reflecting surface 11a of the mirror 11 is deflected by a specific angle. |
