PURPOSE: An air washing system for air clean room is provided, which can remove most of impurities contained in air by liquid droplets atomized by nozzles and further removed by corrugated filters where air impinge repeatedly on reiteratedly piled filters, thus removing impurities effectively. The filter has no need of filter replacement so that the maintenance cost can be saved. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a liquid droplet atomized fluid generating part(1) and a filtration part(2), much of impurities contained in air flowing into the purifier are removed by liquid droplets flowing down through the liquid droplet atomized fluid generating part(1) where many nozzles(11) are fixed on the atomizing bar(12), and the residual impurities are further removed by a corrugated filter(20) of the filtering part(2) which is reiteratedly set near by the atomizing fluid generating part(1), between the reiteratedly piled filter of corrugated form air passage is formed and many impacting areas are provided.
