PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the positioning of the circumferential direction of a decorative cap by fixing and attaching a valve housing to a pedestal by a screw penetrating a lower end face thereon, and projecting a stopper piece engaged with a screw head projected from the upper end face of the housing. SOLUTION: A valve housing 20 is fixed on and attached to a pedestal 14A by a screw 30 penetrating from the upper end face of the valve housing 20 to the lower end face. The valve housing 20, a rotary holder 34A and a lever arm 36A are covered, and a stopper piece 62 engaged with the head part of the screw 30 projected upward from the upper end face of the valve housing 20 is projected on the inner peripheral face of a synthetic resin-made decorative cap 46A extended downward so as to surround the side peripheral face of the pedestal 14A. Because the specific stopper piece 62 engages with only the specific screw 30 by engaging the notch part of a chord direction provided on the side peripheral face of the pedestal 14A and a projection part provided on the inner peripheral face of the lower part of the decorative cap 46A, the position of the circumferential direction of the decorative cap 46A can be always unconditionally determined on the pedestal 14A. |
