PURPOSE:To make easier the transfer of lead frame between dies by adjusting movable rails in the width direction and providing an exhaust shooter which moves vertically between the lower draw-back position and the upper position for exhaustion. CONSTITUTION:In regard to a lead frame 100 supplied from the left end side of one die 40, a feed pin 95 is engaged with a rail hole under the condition that the feed plates 92a, 92b are located in the upper position, namely the lead frame 100 is a little isolated from the die plane. Next, feed arms 94a, 94b are pushed and sequentially fed by a cylinder 70a of the feed drive mechanism and the feed plates 92a, 92b are driven to move downward at the feed positions thereof to perform the pressing work between the upper and lower dies. In the final stage, each piece separated from the lead frame 100 is carried in the exhaust direction by the carrying arm 103 and unwanted frame is moved on the lower die and is then exhausted. |
