PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content selective reception device, a content selective reception method and a content selective reception program that can filter distributed content to download selectively, so that the content required by a user can be downloaded and the downloading of unnecessary content can be restrained. SOLUTION: A first filter for setting the attribute of the content that the user receives and a second filter that presumes, from the log in which the user's content availability is recorded, the attribute of the content that the user dislikes, and prevents the reception of the content having the attribute are installed. With that, during the reception of content, the attribute of the content is filtered with the first filter and then filtered with the second filter additionary. The content that has passed through the both of the first filter and the second filter is cached.
