PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which sends proper information to a terminal by discriminating the machine type of the terminal and the terminal corresponding thereto. SOLUTION: While the transmission destination identifier of the terminal as an information processor and machine type identification information showing its machine type are related to each other and stored, transmit information and one or more pieces of machine type identification information are related to each other and stored and the stored transmit information is sent to the terminal by using the transmission destination identifier further related to the machine identification information related to the transmit information.
