METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PROMPTLY DEMOLDABLE CONCRETE PRODUCT USING SLUDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing promptly demoldable concrete products capable of most effectively utilizing sludge produced in a centrifugal molding process of concrete products and utilizing a large amount of the sludge. SOLUTION: The sludge produced in the centrifugal molding process of centrifugal force high-strength prestressed concrete piles, etc., is added to the freshly kneaded concrete before the end of coagulation and the concrete products are molded by a demolding method. This sludge is usable as it is without any specific dewatering treatment and is added in the amount of >=25 wt.% of the unit cement weight to the cement, by which the promptly demoldable concrete products are produced and simultaneously the sludge heretofore treated as waste can be efficiently treated in the form of recycling a large amount thereof.
