PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor-type abnormal water quality detecting device capable of preventing an electrode diaphragm provided in a flow cell from being damaged by eliminating negative pressure from a tube discharge pipe. SOLUTION: The biosensor-type abnormal water quality detecting device is provided with a drain 12 formed in a side part 11 of a cell case 6, a channel drain 13 for partitioning the drain 12, a rack 16 for installing the flow cell 1, and drain tubes 14 and 17 guided from the discharge opening of the flow cell 1 to the drain 12.
