PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet advertisement method and device that can realize mail advertisement to all terminals on which the JAVA (R) is installed. SOLUTION: The Internet advertisement method includes a step (1) of deploying information to be advertised into an AV information file, a step (2) of encoding and compressing the AV information file by the vector quantization technology, a step (3) of setting parameters to be able to apply video streaming to the compressed file, a step (4) of applying parameter processing to the compressed file for control by a Web server side, and a step (5) of executing an HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) streaming by the Web server to respond to a request by a user side. Thus, the Internet advertisement device adopting the method can realize an environment where the HTTP streaming used for browsing a home page or the like allows users to browse home pages on the Internet. |
