摘要 PURPOSE: A method for routing an outer block of a castle-shaped printed circuit board is provided to reduce size of a burr and prevent a short-circuit phenomenon by performing repeatedly a plating process and a routing process for a plurality of through-holes. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist is coated on an inner copper foil, an artwork film is contacted thereon, and a wiring pattern is formed by predetermined processes such as an exposing process, a developing process, and etc(S1). A multi-layer substrate is formed by laminating the inner copper foil and an outer copper foil(S2). A through-hole is formed by performing a drilling process(S3). A copper foil is formed on an inner wall of the through-hole by performing a copper plating process(S4). A slot is formed along the through-holes by the first routing process(S5). A wiring pattern is formed by performing an outer layer formation process(S6). A solder resist is printed by performing a solder masking process(S7). The gold is plated on the exposed wiring patterns by performing a surface process(S8). The second routing process is performed(S9). A test process is performed(S10).
