PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition which has high restoring force and soft feeling, as well as excellent anti-spoilage, and which can be used in gaskets of refrigerator and automobile's windows. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises (i) 100 part by weight of polyolefin elastomer, to which rubber components are completely or partially crosslinked; (ii) 10-40 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene block copolymer; and (iii) 3-10 parts by weight of master batch of ultrahigh molecular weight siloxane resin. The amount of the rubber components is 10-40 wt%. The content of ethylene in ethylene-propylene block copolymer is 25-40 wt%. The master batch comprises 20-60 wt% of siloxane resin having viscosity of 60,000 mm¬2/sec or more.
