PURPOSE: An impeller fixing structure of a vacuum cleaner is provided to fix rigidly an impeller by improving a structure of an apparatus for fixing the impeller. CONSTITUTION: A stator(22) is fixed at an inside of a housing(21), a rotator(23) is installed rotatably at the stator(22), and a shaft(24) is fixed at the rotator(23). A guide vane(28) is installed at a front side of the stator(22) and the rotator(23), so that the guide vane(28) is fixed at the housing(21). An impeller(25) is installed rotatably at the guide vane(28), and an impeller cover(26) is placed to surround the impeller(25), and fixed at the guide vane(28). A body portion of a flange bush(30) is inserted at a through passing hole, and the impeller(25) is pushed in force into an axis direction of the shaft(24). A stopping washer(27) is fixed at the body portion of the flange bush(30), so that an outside of the through passing hole of the impeller(25) is closed at a flange of the flange bush(30).
