PURPOSE: A crossarm structure is provided to prevent a gathered water on a crossarm from flowing into an electric wire and to make the gathered water flow into one place by a surface tension. CONSTITUTION: A combination insulator and crossarm has a plurality of semicircle grooves(20a) formed at upper surfaces so as to be fixed at an upper part of an electric pole by a crossarm band assay. A bind line(30) binds an electric wire installed at the grooves(20a). A plurality of irregularity parts(20b) are formed at a circumference of the combination insulator and crossarm(20) so that a gathered water at a surface is induced to one place by a surface tension and inflow into the electric wire(18) is minimized.
