PURPOSE: An integrated pickup optical system is provided to integratedly accumulate a pickup optical system consisting of plural separated parts, thereby enabling mass production while reducing a size and being applicable to a portable apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A servo hologram layer(140) is deposited on an optical element forming layer(150). A collimator layer(110) is formed with a collimate lens by using a micro machining method, and is deposited on the servo hologram layer(140). Hologram patterns are formed by dividing an area formed on the servo hologram layer(140) on the basis of a light guide axis(101), wherein positions of diffracted lights formed on the divided areas are different. Plural control light receiving elements(157a,157b,158a,158b,159a,159b) are disposed in locations where the diffracted lights are formed on the optical element forming layer(150). Wires are formed on the optical element forming layer(150) to transmit signals of the control light receiving elements(157a,157b,158a,158b,159a,159b) to a controller. |
