PURPOSE: An angle adjusting device for a display panel of a terminal is provided to use a portable display device conveniently and enjoy a cinema or various kinds of multimedia in a car by adjusting an angle of the screen display device in a range of almost 360 angular degrees with use of a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A rotational angle adjuster(30) adjusting the angle and enabling the inversion of a display window is combined to a rear part of a display panel(20) at the rear part of a terminal main body(10). The rotational angle adjuster is rotatively combined to the first/second hinges(30a,30b) by respectively interposing an elastic position fixing part and an elastic holding part to both ends of the rear part of the main body and both end connectors(22) of the display panel.
