PURPOSE: A contact displacement control device is provided to reduce a power consumption by maintaining a relay contact without using power, and lengthen the useful life of the contact. CONSTITUTION: A contact displacement control device comprises a displacement unit including a displacement member, a fixed contact, a displacement contact, and a fixing member(30) arranged on a displacement contact controller body(50), wherein the displacement unit fixes and releases a displacement element by using the fixing member; a first power unit for supplying power to the displacement unit; and a second power unit for fixing and releasing the displacement element to and from the displacement unit by using the fixing member, wherein the second power unit supplies power to the displacement unit.
