REEL FEEDING TYPE AUTOMATIC ADHERING DEVICE OF FANCY PIECE, REEL TAPE USED ON THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REEL TAPE

PURPOSE: A reel feeding type automatic adhering device of a fancy piece is characterized by feeding the fancy pieces having various shapes and sizes to an adhesion position correctly and doing all processes needed to adhere the fancy piece in changing the fancy piece automatically. A reel tape used on the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A reel feeding type automatic adhering device of a fancy piece comprises: a frame(2); a fabric position setting unit(10) transferring fabric on the frame(2) before and behind right and left; a fancy piece feeding unit(30) feeding the fancy piece to a set position and containing a tape guiding part(32) guiding a reel tape(31) piled the fancy piece and a reel winder(33) holding the reel tape(31) and transferring the tape guiding part(32); a fancy piece lifting unit(40) lifting the fancy piece transferred by the tape guiding part(32) to a position contacted with the bottom of the fabric; and a fancy piece pressure unit(20) containing a reciprocating press bar(21) and pressurizing the fabric set the position by the position setting unit(10) to the fancy piece transferred by the fancy piece feeding unit(30). The reel tape is characterized by: containing long paper sheet arranged many laminating grooves and many pin holes side by side; piling many fancy pieces in a line on the laminating grooves; and unwinding the paper sheet in the condition that the paper sheet is wounded around a reel wheel with a pin. The reel tape is obtained by the steps of: forming the laminating grooves and the pin holes in a line; and then piling the fancy piece on the laminating grooves.
