PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter in which a fertilizer 21 and a delivery mechanism 30 connected to the lower portion of a fertilizer tank 21 are disposed behind the operation seat 4 of a self-propelled vehicle body, and whose delivery mechanism 30 can easily be checked from an operation portion. SOLUTION: This sulky rice transplanter is characterized by connecting a movable frame 65 connected to the fertilizer tank 21 and the delivery mechanism 30 to a fixed frame 60 fixed to a vehicle body frame 5 in a state capable of being rotated on a lateral axis 55a. When swung on the lateral axis 55a, the fertilizer tank 21 and the delivery mechanism 30 are switched into a vertically attached state in which the fertilizer tank 21 and the delivery mechanism 30 are arranged in the vertical direction of the vehicle body, or into a fallen attached state in which the fertilizer tank 21 is swung from a standing state to the rear side of the vehicle body to project the delivery mechanism 30 from the fertilizer tank 21 in the forward direction of the vehicle body.
