PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly realizes such excellent convenience for use that a user is allowed to aim at a rough area to some extent or set a destination of navigation though having a faint memory, by displaying out one or more regions agreeing with inputted digits as a map or a name list even in the middle of input of a digit string like a telephone number. SOLUTION: Each time a digit of the telephone number of the like is inputted, a region name agreeing with digits inputted theretofore is displayed stepwise like a prefecture name, a city name, or a town name, and a list of region names is displayed in the case that there are a plurality of prefecture names, city names, or town names agreeing with them.
