PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat motor capable of producing a multipolar motor with various torque characteristics by using core blocks of the same size. SOLUTION: In a stator 7, the body 8a of each of the core blocks 8 formed in a U-shape is wound with a magnetic wire 9. Each of the core blocks 8 in which a magnetic flux action surface is formed on an opposite surface of each of core legs 8b by energizing and an independent magnetic circuit is formed is arranged on a mounting plate 5, around a rotor 1.
