PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonant component in which vibration energy is efficiently confined in a piezoelectric element without applying processing to the piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: A first vibration electrode 63 is printed and baked at the substantial center of the first main surface 61 of the piezoelectric element 6. A second vibration electrode 64 is printed and baked on the substantial center of the second main surface 62 of the piezoelectric element 6. The film thickness T of each of the electrodes 63 and 64 is set within a range of 1.5%×λ≤T≤3.0%×λwith respect to a resonant frequencyλfor an oscillation frequency f of the piezoelectric resonant component 1.
