PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump used for a panel display. SOLUTION: The charge pump includes a plurality of subcharge pumps SCPs which are connected in series, and have input terminals, output terminals and reference clock terminals, respectively. Each of input terminals, excluding a first one, is connected to the output terminals of the SCPs which are continuous and positioned immediately in front of the SCPs, while the input terminal of the first SCP operates as the input terminal of the SCP which receives the input voltage. Each first SCP includes a charge switch module and a capacitor; and moreover, the charge pump includes at least one additional switch module which is connected to an output terminal of a reference-clock-providing subcharge pump (SCPX) between SCPs, and to a reference clock terminal of a reference-clock-accepting subcharge pump (SCPY) between the SCPs, excluding the last of the continuous SCPs, and which provides a high-level voltage to the output terminal of the SCPX as a high-level reference clock signal of the SCPY.
